has breathtaking waterfront views from each and EVERY window. It's a
spacious 1/1 unit and the huge tiled wraparound balcony allows you to enjoy
spectacular sunsets reflecting in the lagoon.
When you enter our unit at beautiful Compass Point Condominium, you feel as
if you are on a cruise ship. You are close enough to throw a stone into the
water. The unit feels completely surrounded by water. The ocean is also
visible from the balcony as well as hear the surf. Take the time to view
all the photos.
Decorated with a Hawaiian flair, the unit is beautifully and freshly
furnished with a lovely leather sofa sleeper, flat screen tv's, surround
sound, and even nice furnishings on the tiled lanai. The kitchen will
provide all of your needs for cooking if you choose to stay in or you may
prefer to try out all the many local seafood restaurants that Gulf Shores
offers.
The Resort
Compass Point is loved by everyone! Our "snowbirds" fight over getting back
in every year and our Summer guests become repeating guests as well. The
location is ideal and is nice and quiet just one block back from the beach
on a point on the lagoon. The public beach is just a short walk away,
complete with parking if you should prefer to drive and carry items for a
long day on the shore.
The complex has a nice sized indoor pool and an even larger outdoor pool.
Both of the pools even have lagoon views!!! The other amenities include
fishing pier with boat docking, picnic area with charcoal grills, fish
cleaning station, boat launch, and even a kiddie swimming beach on the
lagoon. So if you own a boat, jet ski, or kayak, you can really take
advantage of all Compass Point has to offer. So much to offer for such a
low price! So...you can afford a great vacation!!!!
