| Enjoy unobstructed ocean views from our recently remodeled kitchen, our
dining area, living room, private patio/deck area and newly remodeled
master bedroom. Our beachfront vacation rental is located in Mission Beach
on the Boardwalk between Crystal Pier and the roller coaster at Belmont
Park. It is only a block to the famed Mission Bay.
The private ocean-facing patio area has an outdoor table and chairs and a
chest with boogie boards, toys, etc. The living room faces the ocean and
has a new leather queen sleeper, new leather love seat, cable, flat screen
television, VCR, DVD player, iPod dock and stereo. The dining area also
faces the ocean and has a large glass pedestal table which seats six
comfortably. The ocean-facing kitchen is fully equipped with everything you
will need to prepare meals (except the food). The master bedroom faces the
ocean and has a large one-way dual pane picture window for your viewing
pleasure, a queen bed, new furniture, cable and a flat screen television.
The second bedroom has a pack 'n play, two twin beds and ample
closet/drawer space. Linens are plentiful, but you'll want to bring your
own beach towels. The bathroom contains both a shower and bathtub.
Additionally, we have one parking space reserved for your convenience.
Our condo is within easy walking distance of Mission Bay, Belmont Park,
Pacific Beach, Crystal Pier, restaurants, grocery stores, laundry
facilities and shopping. Rental shops for roller blades, boogie boards,
surfboards, and bicycles are also within walking distance. Parasailing,
fishing, boating and whale watching (generally in the winter) are close
too. You can drive to Sea World within 5 minutes, and the San Diego Zoo,
the airport and downtown are within a 15 - 20 minute drive.
We offer Snowbird and Corporate discounts for stays of 30 days or longer.
Our calendar is updated weekly. Please check back with us if your vacation
dates are unavailable as we may be able to refer you to another rental.
