Amenities include central air/heat, 2 color cable TVs(expanded package), 2
dvd players, stereo/cd player, internet access(high speed-modem)(bring your
laptop), dishwasher, microwave and phone. This complex has a swimming pool
and on site laundry facilities.
Please note that Surf Condo rentals only provide parking for 2 cars.
Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the premises.
Pool pass required at an additional $10 cash fee, but refundable when
returned. The Surf Condo swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and
closes on Columbus Day weekend.
